As it turns out, the Sunn SPL 8028 cab I bought this weekend is more rare than I would have guessed and is therefore giving me a much harder time finding replacement speakers of the same models. What’s more is that because Sunn was completely dissolved by 2002, the kits to recone and repair these speakers are even more of a rarity than the speakers themselves, it seems.
